Governor Herbert announced last week that the state is bringing back the Utah Home Purchase Grant.  This new program will offer 2,000 home buyers the opportunity to get $4,000 from the state.  This program is not a loan, but the funds must be used toward the purchase of a new home.  If you missed the first round now is your chance-Don't miss out.
