First Time Buyer Tax Credit Set to Expire
The federal tax credit for first time buyers is set to expire on November 30th. Time is ticking on this great incentive. With three consecutive months of housing price increases, it is likely that this program will go away all together. Don't put off the purchase of your first home. Start to build equity and wealth.
