The AP reported that new and existing home sales rose in the month of September. What does this mean for the housing market? What does this mean to buyers? The AP also reported the decline to housing prices in relation to last year at the same time.

Today is the day...Election Day. The first Tuesday of November. At the end of the day, we will have a new president elect. Be sure to get out and vote. If you don't have enough motivation to get out and vote here is a little more.
