Bird Cooking 101
Thanksgiving is right around the corner and I'm sure some of you will be cooking the turkey at your home for the first time. I love Thanksgiving. As a youth I worked on a turkey farm, so this holiday has a tremendous amount of nostalgia for me. The farm I worked on was a 'fresh turkey farm' and it's located in central New Jersey, but since I've been here in Utah I've found a great location for fresh turkeys. and their phone number is 801-731-3760. They take orders, so if you are cooking a turkey this year at your home I would recommend calling Wights and reserving your fresh turkey today. We have been getting our turkey from them for the past 3 years and there is no comparison to a frozen turkey from the grocery store.
